Mold by sand moulding process.

During this week the team modeled in Solidworks the team plug that will be used to make the rivets by the process of sand moulding (Image 1). This plug has the approximate shape of the part to be cast (predicting the contraction of the metal after solidification) and will serve to construct the mold. The physical plug (Image 2) was obtained from 3D printing at the SENAI CIMATEC Model Factory, and in this plug the riser was already considered.
